One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. They gave me a price and clearly told me it was the final price including tax. When it was time to pay, they suddenly added sales tax anyway. As if that wasn’t enough, after I bought four brand-new tires, they charged me an extra fee just to dispose of my old tires—something that was never mentioned beforehand. This is dishonest and misleading. If there are additional fees, customers deserve to know before agreeing to the purchase, not after the work is done. I felt taken advantage of, and this kind of business practice destroys trust. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, transparent service.

My long time reliable shop. Very good service and job. Just one things, my misunderstanding is "free alignment" if you purchase All 4 new tires, I did bought all 4 tire there last time. But this time I bought only 2. But still all 4 tire is from them. I thought alignment is free. If he explain me the alignment is almost same with another one tire, I am very happy to change all 4 tire. I have to change now or soon. I hope eligible free rotation when I bought another 2 new tire.

Greatly appreciated the help with the team and staff at Fremont Tires and Wheels. Most importantly I was recommended by a local mechanic too, which I valued a lot because I had to an car emergency situation that left me in a vulnerable position. Local reccomendations from people who knows cars the most helped me feel at ease at the beginning. A lug nut was loose and stripped, and there was a loud screeching noise. Turns out there were many stripped lugnuts, and the brake pads and brakes were worn out. We knew the brakes needed to be replaced, but didn't know the severity of the brake pads. They walked me through everything, and showed me the differences between the the tire/brakes/lug nuts how there were suppose to look, versus the one side that was in not great condition. Not one single car shop has ever explained about cars into depth like them, and I learnt so much about car maintenance too. Since this location is central, they were able to get the parts needed within the hour, and fixed within 2.5 hours. That was incredible! I could not be more pleased, and happy. I’ve been a loyal customer of Fremont Wheels and Tires for many years and even left them a 5-star review in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about honesty and accountability. I brought in a set of factory Tesla wheels with genuine OEM TPMS sensors to have them installed on my vehicle. Shortly after the installation, my Model X displayed a “Tire Pressure Monitoring System Fault” error. I took the car to another nearby tire shop to have it checked, and because it was a small shop, I was able to watch the entire process as they removed the tire and TPMS sensor. To my surprise, the sensor they removed was not the original Tesla OEM sensor I had provided. In fact, it turned out to be an OEM sensor from a Honda. I still have photos of the Tesla sensors I dropped off before installation. When I called and spoke with Malik (the owner), he immediately denied any possibility of error, claiming they don’t sell sensors. He didn’t offer to investigate further or take accountability, which was both frustrating and disappointing—especially after being a loyal, long-time customer.
